About these terms

Last updated: September 22, 2026. These terms apply to Wipeshot’s image and video editing services. Please read them and our Privacy Policy before using the service.

Your content and permitted use

Upload only content you own or have permission to edit. You retain your rights in your content and authorize us to process it as needed to provide the requested service. Editing does not grant new rights in the underlying content.

Do not infringe copyright, privacy or other rights; remove legally required labels; upload illegal content; bypass access or payment controls; or disrupt the service. Automated abuse of free credits and creating accounts to evade limits are not permitted.

Accounts and security

Keep access to your account secure and provide accurate information for purchases and support. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict activity that violates these terms or threatens service security.

Credits and processing

Eligible users can claim 5 free credits after signing in. Newly claimed free credits expire 24 hours after claiming; unused credits are cleared and are not automatically replenished. An image task costs 1 credit; a different task is charged separately. Video credits are calculated from the video and selected options, with the quote shown before processing. Repeat downloads do not cost extra.

A paid video preview is credited toward full processing with the same options. Processing failures return the credits charged for that attempt. A completed result may still need review: automatic editing does not guarantee perfect removal or unchanged details.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, credits, billing periods and any applicable charges are shown before purchase. Credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. To request cancellation of future renewals, contact [email protected] before the next billing date. Cancellation does not remove your remaining benefits for the current paid period.

For duplicate charges or missing credits, contact us with your order details.

Refund policy

Payments for credit packs, subscriptions and subscription renewals are non-refundable. Please review the plan, price, credits and billing period before completing your purchase, and try the service to assess whether it meets your needs.

Unused credits, unused subscription time or a decision to stop using the service do not qualify for a full or partial refund. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund charges already paid. Your remaining benefits stay available until the end of the current paid period.

Results and file availability

Review results before using or publishing them, and keep your originals. This service is not a backup. Files and history are available only for the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy; download what you need promptly.

Processing times and availability can vary. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability of every result for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to EUR 1.

Updates and contact
